Reiki Healing Session
A deeply gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice where universal life force energy — known as "Ki" in Japanese — flows through Shefali’s hands into your body. Reiki does not treat symptoms. It works at the root: it restores flow where energy has become stuck, heavy, or depleted.
You don’t have to do anything here. You don’t have to explain, perform, or hold it together. Just arrive. The healing does the rest.

What is Reiki healing
Think of your body as having an energy system — like electricity running through a building. When the wiring is clear, everything works. When it’s blocked or overloaded, things start to break down — physically, emotionally, mentally. Reiki is the process of clearing, repairing, and restoring that wiring. It works whether you believe in it or not. The body knows what to do when given the right conditions.
Your session — step by step.
-
Arrival & grounding
You’re welcomed with herbal tea and a gentle check-in. Even one word about what you’re carrying is enough to direct the work.
-
Setting your intention
A simple intention — not a goal, but a phrase like "I am open to receiving" — anchors the session.
-
Energy scan
You lie fully clothed on the healing table while Shefali senses where energy is blocked, dense, or depleted.
-
Reiki healing
Hands rest lightly on or above your head, throat, heart, solar plexus, abdomen, and feet — energy flowing through each position to restore natural flow.
-
Integration & grounding
The session closes slowly. Shefali grounds your energy, offers water, and shares anything she observed during the work.
-
Closing conversation
You receive personalised guidance for the next 24–48 hours — what to eat, what to rest from, what to notice.
During the session

Common questions
Frequently asked.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. Reiki is not a belief system. It is an energy practice. Your body responds to it whether your mind is convinced or not. Skeptics are very welcome.
Will I be touched?
Only lightly, and only on safe areas — head, shoulders, back, feet. Some positions are done hands-off (hovering above the body). You are always in control and can request no-touch at any point.
How many sessions will I need?
One session creates a shift. Three sessions is a meaningful cycle. Ongoing sessions (monthly or bi-monthly) become a powerful maintenance and prevention practice. Shefali will give you an honest recommendation after your first session.
Can Reiki help with physical illness?
Reiki is a complementary practice — it works beautifully alongside medical treatment, not instead of it. Many people use it during illness recovery, post-surgery, and alongside cancer care. Please always continue your medical treatment.
What if I fall asleep?
That is one of the best things that can happen. Sleep during Reiki is deep healing. The energy keeps working. You will not miss anything.
The clearest way to understand whether this session is right for you is to come for one.
