Booking policies

Confirmation: Email confirmation arrives within minutes of booking — date, time, and (for online) the video link. The studio address and a few words on what to expect are sent separately by email or message, ahead of the session.
Payment: Cash (preferred) or bank transfer. Cash settled on the day of the session; bank-transfer details arrive with the confirmation. Online consultations: bank transfer before the session.
Cancellation: Full refund up to 48 hours before. Half refund within 24 hours. Last-minute illness or genuine emergencies — message and we’ll find another time.
Rescheduling: Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice — the link is in the confirmation email.
Privacy: The studio address is shared on confirmation, kept private otherwise. Anything you share before, during, or after a session is held in confidence.
